1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and with original tags).
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned. Please refer to the Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items section below.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • Full Order Return: If you return the entire order due to defects, you will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Order Return: If you return only part of the order, you will receive a refund only for the returned items.

 

4. Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

a) Unopened (Sealed) Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A mandatory restocking fee of 10% to 30% will be applied, depending on the item.

b) Opened Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A mandatory restocking fee of 10% to 30% will be applied, depending on the item.

 

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
    • OEM items
    • Electronics
    • Headphones/earphones

 

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a new purchase.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
