For the Canon Pixma MG8120, we have compatible Canon cartridges. Reset chips in our compatible ink cartridges indicate the proper ink levels in your Canon printer. Five dye-based inks—one each of black, cyan, magenta, yellow, and gray—and one pigment-based black ink make up the MG8120's six-color ink system. This enables the use of pigment-based inks for laser-quality text and dye-based inks for gorgeous photo prints. For use at home or in the office, this 6-ink system creates realistic images with a broad color palette and clear, sharp writing.
