The Brother OEM DR420 laser drum can be swapped out for our Brother compatible DR420 laser drum for your Brother MFC-7240. The laser toner is a spare laser toner cartridge designed to fit the drum housing of the DR420. The Brother does not need to be replaced together with the DR420 drum housing. There will be times when you need to change the drum.
