The Brother OEM DR620 laser drum can be swapped out for our Brother compatible DR620 laser drum for your Brother HL-5350DNLT. A replacement laser toner cartridge that fits inside the DR620 drum housing is the TN650.  You can replace the Brother TN650 without replacing the entire DR620 drum housing. You will need to replace the drum occasionally.
