Compared to pricey original Brother laser toner cartridges, our toner cartridges are made entirely from scratch and offer a cost-effective option. It does not void the printer warranty when you use compatible replacement laser toner cartridges and supplies with your Brother HL-1240. The Brother OEM DR400 laser drum is replaced with our remanufactured Brother DR400 laser drum for your Brother HL-1240. A replacement laser toner cartridge that fits into the DR400 drum housing is the TN460. Brother TN460 replacements don't require changing the DR400 drum housing in its entirety. There will be times when you need to change the drum.
