In laser printing, a compatible toner cartridge refers to a toner cartridge that is produced by third-party manufacturer other than the original manufacturer of your printer, but will function and work in the same way that an OEM cartridge would. Our compatible printer toner cartridges are built from scratch to fit into your printer just like the OEM version, and are 100% guaranteed and will be easily installed in your printer. Once your printers run out of ink, you can feel free to use True Image compatible printer cartridges for best savings.
Remanufactured ink cartridges are environmentally friendly office supplies. A remanufactured ink cartridge is essentially a recycled original ink cartridge that’s been cleaned, refilled with premium ink, and inspected for quality. Many office supply dealers sell remanufactured ink cartridges for Canon, Epson and HP InkJet printers at high price in the name of environmental protection. But our remanufactured ink cartridges are sold at a significant discount when compared to other office supply dealers and offer the same page yields, quality and performance as the genuine ones.
As we all know, printer ink and toner cartridges are commonly used office supplies, just like printers, papers, paper shredders, etc. But not all of them are suitable for your printer. Because ink cartridges can only be used in inkjet printers, and toner cartridges can only be used in laser printers. And each cartridge has it’s corresponding printer models. If the cartridge you bought is not suitable for the stated printer models, then your printer will not be able to print. In this case, how should we choose the right cartridge for our printer?
There are two ways to help you quickly find the right printer ink and toner cartridge:
When you buy a printer, you must notice that the printer comes with original ink or toner cartridges. The original equipment manufacturer always print the part number on the label or box of the original cartridge. Take Brother TN730 toner cartridge as an example. There is a visible part number TN730 both on the toner and the box. You can quickly find the corresponding printer toner cartridges compatible with it on our website by searching for this part number. You can also find compatible printer ink cartridges in the same way.
However, if you don’t have the original cartridge and you even don’t remember the part number, you may not be able to find right printing consumables in this way. In this case, the second method can help you quickly match a suitable product.
Each printer has a corresponding printer model. Take Canon PIXMA TS6320 color printer as an example. The printer model is different from the part number of it’s color inkjet cartridges. You can clearly see that the printer model is TS6320 from the label back on this printer. While the part number of the color ink cartridges is PGI-280XXL CLI-281XXL. You can quickly find these color inkjet cartridges for the printer by searching TS6320. You can also find laser toners in this way. Assuming that you need order TN760 toner, you can search Brother MFC L2710DW printer toner to find it.
Before you place an order, you need to pay attention to the following details:
Suppliers often provide two or more options on page yield. One is standard capacity, the other is high yield. You have to choose one according to your printing needs. Generally speaking, products with high page yield will be more cost-effective, so we always recommend customers to buy the high yield toner cartridges. And you have less effort on replacing supplies during printing process. However, if you rarely print high volumes of documents, you can choose a standard cartridge. Because they will expire and cannot print normally if you cannot use it up within the shelf life, which wastes your money.
Supposing that you need print more photo paper than black and white document. You can order standard capacity black cartridge and high volume cyan magenta yellow cartridges. On the contrary, if you print text document in black and white more, you can order the high yield black and standard yield color ones.
Many sellers offer multi packs with great daily deals. For example, HP company provides HP 206A toner cartridge and HP 206X 4 Pack. The more you buy, the better price you can get to save money. From the perspective of cost savings, you can indeed choose products in multi packs. And it is indeed necessary to reserve some printer ink cartridges or printer toner cartridges. This can ensure that the cartridges can be replaced in time after they run out of ink, so that the print jobs will not be interrupted.
However, the prerequisite for purchasing multiple packs is that you can use them before the expiration date. Otherwise, they will expire, causing a waste of money and resources. In addition, the price of printers toners and inks tends to become cheaper. Maybe few months later, the selling price will be lower than the current discounted price. So if you can't use up these products quickly, we suggest not to buy too many printer cartridges at once.
In order to keep users using original cartridges, almost every printer manufacturer have launched cartridge subscription service. HP provides HP INSTANT INK service. Similarly, Canon provides Auto Replenishment Service. And Brother also provides Brother toner subscription service called Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service. These services can indeed bring some convenience to users. Because the printer manufacturer like Apple Brother Canon Dell will send you original ink or toner refill kits before your printers run out of ink. That way your print jobs will not be interrupted.
However, subscribing to these services also limits your freedom to choose cartridges. You can only use original cartridges from printer brands. That means all compatible ink and laser toner cartridges, remanufactured ink and remanufactured toner cartridges will not be accepted by your printer. Supposing that you are using HP LaserJet Pro MFP M234dw printers. You can only use original HP 134X or 134A black ink cartridges in your HP printer if you sign up for HP Instant Ink. Even though premium compatible HP 134A Toner and HP 134X toner have the same print quality, print speeds and environmentally friendly feature. And they are supposed to be the cartridges compatible for your M234dw monochrome laser printers.
Therefore, before you buy compatible or remanufactured cartridges, please make sure you have not subscribed to these services. If you are already a subscriber, you can cancel it after carefully reading the terms conditions. Please make sure to cancel the subscription if you decide to use 3rd party cartridges. Otherwise the monthly subscription fees may apply continuously.
